Judging Criteria:
Each nominee will be evaluated based on three categories:

• Nominee's impact on Company's objectives and leadership
• Nominee's leadership beyond industry
• Nominee and Company impact beyond industry
• Each of these criteria will be scored from 1-10, yielding a possible total of 30 across the three categories.
