He joined the company in 2016, and currently oversees all aspects of the company’s technology strategy, including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Retail Systems, translating business growth into workable technology solutions that scale both technically and operationally.

Previously, Josh was the Chief Technology Officer at Soul Cycle, a fitness company that has reinvented indoor cycling, where he led a cross-functional team and oversaw the company’s technology strategy. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Technology Officer at The Orchard, a technology company pioneering music, video, and film distribution. He also ran the company's top-ranked Multi Channel Network.

After graduating with a BS in Information Systems & Economics from Carnegie Mellon, Josh launched a music website, Loose Records, which covered live music in 6 cities, and his own record label, North Street Records. He now serves as an advisor and board member of startups and growth-oriented companies across a variety of industries.
