Kathleen Ciaramello is President, Foodservice and On-Premise, Coca-Cola North America. In this role, she leads 1,500+ teammates responsible for all Global, National, Regional and Local customers headquartered in the U.S. and operating within the Foodservice and On-Premise channels of business across all functions (sales, marketing, innovation, operations and Coca-Cola Freestyle).

Ciaramello joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1985 and has served in various account management, sales and marketing roles.  

Ciaramello is one of 12 inaugural members of the Coca-Cola Women’s Leadership Council. The Women’s Leadership Council is a sustainable advisory organization designed to help the company meet the global leadership demands of a rapidly changing marketplace by increasing the focus on the development and movement of women into leadership roles. 

Ciaramello has served as the chair of the advisory board for the Atlanta Community Food Bank’s “Atlanta’s Table” and as a member of the YMCA Metro Atlanta board of directors.

Ciaramello is currently a director on the Monster Energy Company board; a director on the National Restaurant Association board; director, treasurer and Executive Committee member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum board; and member of the Jack and Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation (JAJF) board of directors/ambassadors.  

Ciaramello is a spokesperson for the ALLY Project, an awareness campaign created to promote LGBT and straight ally relationships and discussions at Coca-Cola. 

Todd Simon is a 5th Generation owner of the Omaha Steaks® group of companies, serving as Senior Vice-President and Chief Steak Evangelist.

In his various roles, Mr. Simon has been responsible for and involved in all consumer sales, marketing and strategy of Omaha Steaks branded products and services in many channels including Mail Order, Stores, Telemarketing, eCommerce, and Business-to-business.

Mr. Simon joined Omaha Steaks more than 34 years ago after graduating from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  He has participated in developing and implementing Omaha Steaks’ award-winning marketing programs, as well as the employee development efforts that make Omaha Steaks one of the finest customer service organizations in the country.

Omaha Steaks is one of Omaha’s largest employers, with approximately 1,400 full-time staff and nearly 3,500 seasonal associates.  Omaha Steaks has five processing, distribution and administrative facilities in Nebraska and 50+ retail stores in 22 states.

Todd is a past Chairman of the Omaha Community Foundation where he remains a Director and a member of their Strategic Planning and Impact Investing committees.  He is Vice-President of the Board of the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts where he chairs the Development Committee, and Mr. Simon is a founding board member of United States Artists, a national arts organization that raises private money to award 50 significant fellowships each year to America’s finest living artists in all disciplines.  He is also on the Board of Directors of the Mid-America Arts Alliance.

Mark Mathews is Vice President, Research Development and Industry Analysis, at the National Retail Federation. In this role, Mathews is responsible for helping to develop, evaluate, and direct the research initiatives for NRF’s Retail Research and Analysis Center.

Mathews has spent more than 20 years working in research in a variety of roles in the United States and the United Kingdom. Most recently, he headed the Market Intelligence Group at the World Gold Council,where he served as a member of the organization’s leadership team. Prior to working for the World Gold Council, Mathews spent seven years working for a $1.4 billion private equity firm based in London. As a Director in the firm, Mathews ran the team responsible for generating investment ideas and opportunities for the fund. For 12 years prior to that, Mathews worked for the NASDAQ Stock Market as Managing Director of Research and Head of Strategic Planning for NASDAQ’s international operations. He has also worked at Accenture, where he led the firm’s European capital markets research team.

Mathews is a Georgetown University graduate, where he was a double major in Finance and International Management.
