Ken Goldman leads Hillspire, the family office of Google CEO Eric Schmidt, and was most recently CFO of Yahoo. He is also a Venture Partner at The Westly Group and serves as an advisor to Boardwalktech. Previously, he served as CFO at Siebel Systems, Fortinet, Excite@Home, Dexterra, Sybase and Cypress Semiconductor. He is lead director at GoPro and also serves as a director at Zuora, Actian, TriNet Group, OneWorld Systems, Moxie Software, Sterna Technologies, Ingres Corporation, XOJET and SightSpeed. Ken serves as a Trustee at Menlo School and is also a Member of the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). He served as a Director of Juniper Networks, Hyperion, Kintana, Osprey Ventures and NASDAQ's Issuer Affairs. He is past President and a Member of The Financial Executive Institute and serves as a Trustee Emeritus of Cornell University. Mr. Goldman is a Member of Advisory Board for the Harvard Business School California Research Center and serves as Director of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Foundation Board. Mr. Goldman earned an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business in 1974 and BA Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in 1971.

Bill Stellman is a 25 year veteran of the Home Entertainment industry with his most recent 13 years at Sony Pictures Entertainment where he is responsible for global accounting and financial planning, domestic supply chain, 3rd party strategic distribution partnerships and business affairs. Prior to Sony, Bill began his Home Entertainment career at Buena Vista Home Entertainment where he was responsible for domestic strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, sales planning and supply chain. Over his career, Bill has seen VHS tapes replaced by DVD’s, Blu-ray & 4K UHD discs deliver the highest quality content possible to consumers and the launch of 2 digital ecosystems, UV and most recently Movies Anywhere.
