The Red Sox have been masterful marketers over the past 8-10 years. Red Sox CMO, Adam Grossman, will join us to discuss the innovative ways they are energizing their customer base (i.e. "fan engagement") and take your questions.Adam leads all marketing and communications efforts for the Red Sox (marketing, media relations, corporate communications, social media, and creative services). Prior to this role, Grossman served as SVP of Public Affairs for the Miami Dolphins. A cum laude graduate of Duke University with a degree in public policy, Grossman was one of eight members selected to the 2014 Eisenhower Fellowships program. While at Duke, he co-founded a student-led organization to improve the Durham Bulls Youth League, and spearheaded a $450,000 renovation project to refurbish two baseball fields in Durham’s inner city.
