Finance Leaders Roundtable

Therese has managed the financial operations of the Dallas Stars, the Texas Stars, and the Dallas Stars Foundation since 2018.  She previously worked for the Dallas Stars as AVP of Finance upon the franchise’s move from Minnesota to Dallas in 1993 through the Stanley Cup Championship in 1999.  She saw the team through an NHL lockout, a new CBA, and the sale of the company to Tom Hicks in 1995.

Therese has a background in public accounting with an emphasis in tax and systems applications which has provided a solid basis for CFO positions in various industries over the years to include sports, oil and gas, technology, and professional services.
